I dont no either but I think you need to add the water yourself but sometimes you use like TOO much water and then it gets wet... I dont really like wet stuff, some wet stuff i do like though.

One time i saw this guy do water colors. he was crazy good.

You could just change the rules so that you can; thats what I always do!

I can only do lines, but its RLLY HARD!!!
You c, u gotta by a brushset and pants and stuff at a crft stoar.
Than, u gotta liek, dip brushs in the paint.
than, u gotta draw on paper or somethn, idk.
don ass me wear 2 by papr, idk

this one guy asked the same question on here like a few weeks ago but he all posted a picture of what he was talking about and i was all like "hey dude stop being such an egotistical dick! i dont need to see your shitty art.. all u need to waterpaijnt is a brush and some colors and if you dont make pretty pics than you suck."
