So maybe God is like those Buddhists who is still religious, but does not actually believe in a god or something like that. I guess God never looked at Rene Descartes' "I think, therefore I am", because if he didn't believe in himself he probably wouldn't exist by that logic.

That would work if you didn't get the definition completely wrong.
But here's a thought.
Atheism is the disbelief or lack of belief in a god or gods. Disbelief in the none acceptance of something, in this case the claim that supports the belief in a god.
God wouldn't have a belief of his own existence. He would have full knowledge of it. So technically he wouldn't support the belief.
So you might be able to swing it that way.
It's not the lack of crimes that values your morality but your capacity for contrition.

Well, he is depending on what kind of religion. For Christianity, Judaism, and Islam yes he is an atheist. He is announced the only God in the universe. And since those religions say he is the only God in the universe then that means God is an atheist.
Dreams with the concept of prosperity and happiness are premonitions, only then you can decide next.

In the texts of the Abrahamic religions God is referred to as "he", therefore that is what we should refer to him as.

So you're saying God doesn't believe in the existence of a God despite the fact he himself is a God.
All I know is that I'm an atheist and that's final.

I thought about this .. what do you think ?
Well, assuming we're talking about the Judeo-Christian lone, omnipotent creator God, He'd be very different from human atheists in that He would've created both inferior yet self-aware beings and His own eternal enemy (the Devil). He probably wouldn't be inclined to believe in anything greater than Himself, but those abilities and their philosophical implications might separate Him from the human equivalent.

That's not how that quote works.
