Oh wow, my game is in here. Kind of puzzled as to why the (improved!) sequel wasn't picked, but hey.

Played 'em all. Reviewed some. My top 5 are
1. One Step Back
2. Steam Droid
3. Calligraphic
4. Crash Landed
5. Steak and Jake
i would say leapy larry would be my favorite, because i loved the concept the gameplay was great, and who doesnt want to mow lawns while being epic. But if i had to vote for a second it would be steak and jake

I PMed the submitter to see if he can shed any light on things... It's possible his stuff has been sponsored by FoG and he submitted them himself but it does look questionable.

The Treasure Hunt only celebrates games that weren't featured - these are the undiscovered gems of NG.
TIME TO PLAY THE GAME!
I suggested Steak and Jake! There's also Midnight March the Halloween version.
Let's see how it turns out...
I vote for one step back by coolio-niato, the whole idea is great, and its perfectly executed!
Wow, those are a lot of platformers! Keep up the good work, Tom!
Duck and hover is a quite good platformer!
One step back is my fav, mainly because of the cool twist halfway through the game. Mario suicide plumber was pretty funny, tho.
Cool!
The "Ghost Stole My Puppy" game that I recommended got selected!

Awww that's gay :(
My choices would be Pixel Prophet, cause it's a very basic game, simple graphics, simple controls, yet it has agreat story and atmosphere. And medals.
Theo ther one is Ghosts stole My Puppy, it has great retro graphics it's like oldschool Lucasarts Adventure Games, and the music is fitting. It has a unique suburban atmosphere yet it's a great Luigi's Mansion styled shooter, or I should say sucker. :D
It's a Run & Suck.
man... I hope The Mothership is legitimately submitted.
it's definitely my favorite.

I nominated both of the games. :D

This exhchnage was just hilarious. You don't show up to the Treasure Hunt to present the Hope Diamond. Not a lot of hunting involved.
i vote for jetpack paladin, that game needs alot more attention and not because i made the music but because its retro in body and spirit.
I personally havent finished it yet but im at world 4 or something so ive played it.
Its really cool, a bit like wizards and warriors if you know it.
I´m the one who posted "One Step Back" into the thread.
I´m the kind of guy who loves to play games that actually change the way you think about life, and i think this game deserves to be played by lots of players out there.
Besides the psychologic efect it can has in you, the gameplay is actually entretaining and it has easy controls.
What i really like about this game is the music, seriously, i love piano music, the most beautiful thing in the world, and this one just make you wanna be a pianist.
