Yes, you will probably be expelled. I was expelled for jokingly saying I was going to hurt somebody. So ACTUALLY hurting somebody should defiantly get you expelled. Homeschooling is going to suck, so don't expect it to be any fun.

I had a couple of friends who were arrested for jokingly saying their art project was a bomb. The popular girls that turned them in were idiots for not understanding sarcasm.

Going for revenge will get you expelled or possibility arrested, I'm not saying hes gotta threaten your life but if someone hits you, you have the right to call the cops and i don't think he will fuck with you anymore after he gets arrested or fined.

Because the cops care about kids fighting.

Maybe it's just because I grew up in a small town but the cops usually did come if kids were fighting. It didn't usually end in arrests, just warnings most of the time. They have nothing better to do. lol

A "friend" told him i was going to beat him and that i made fun of him. The worst part is that he doesn't speak english nor my language.

Apparently self defense isn't protected in all states. I know here in WI you can't claim self defense.

Cops cared when i called em, Than again the guy pulled out a knife on me.

Assault is a crime regardless, Maybe a cop scare will set him straight.

Its not always talk but a gesture that can make someone realize that you want no problem with them.

If you knock your opponent to the ground, Reach out a hand and help him up.

A gesture alone can say 1000 words.

He fights dirty, if i get him on the ground(which i really doubt) ill just keep beating him until someone breaks up the fight.

Well... I'll tell you a very true story. There was one kid who choked people punched police and even brought weapons too... And he had stupid outbursts all the time. He got detentions and suspensions but never got expelled. I had a friend who brought a knife in his backpack and got busted through random search and seizure. He was expelled instantly. So, yeah I couldn't tell you if you'd get expelled man...

well......im pretty sure if u choke the kid u will get expelled and prob get arrested cause u can kill him like that but just punching him u might just get ISS or OSS , and if u go tell someone b4 the fight like a teacher or principle and they dnt help u out in any way then u have an excuse for the fight

also by the way u might get suspened because if i get suspended for demonstrating oral sex on a french toast stick then u will get suspended for fightingg

Emoranger, you and me both. I want to beat up this native kid for damaging expensive property of mine that was of sentimental and physical value, then proceeding to punch me twice in the face. I couldn't give 2 shits about the punches, he left 1 scratch after those. I just want him to pay for what he broke.

However, be weary of what you are going to actually do. If it is just a bit of roughhousing, then most likely you'll just get "the talk". If you get somewhat violent and temporary damage is done, then depending on the laws in your region, you could be fined, set with a criminal record, or even suspended or expelled. If you damage him to the point where permanent or long lasting temporary damage is done, you could be arrested with a fine and a criminal record.

Actually they do, I've seen many fights at high schools where cops show up and arrest the people fighting.

Since im not as mad as i was earlier, im not doing that. But ill fucking punch him in the face when we get out of the school if he tries to mess with me.
