Normally, we pass through a bar or restaurant where you can pick up food. If you're only coming for the afternoon (and are organised enough) sandwiches may not be a bad idea. I suppose you could scoff them as we go from place to place, or just step outside for a few minutes to let the scoffing commence.

From my experience, persons under the age of 18 can and do come along. HOWEVER, as day becomes night the older gentleman (and usually at least one lady) go to pubs/bars/clubs and getting, what we like to call, "fucking hammered". Obviously, being under 18 means you cannot participate in these games.
For the most part of the main meet day, we have spent a large portion of it in Namco (an arcade) wasting stupid amounts of money on dodgems and expensive beer. Excluding the drinking, there isn't an age limit for this.
Oh yeah, Luis is not a baby sitter. Although he secretly loves being one.

The Manchester Meet was fantastic fun and I'm now really eager to come down to London in August and meet some of you guys again. Sadly, after checking what I have on around that time I've run into some complications.
Assuming the date is definite, I'd want to be in London for the Thursday to Sunday this time (4th - 7th) and maybe even the Monday if there are still people around. This is where the London meet looks less likely for me now though. The resits for my university exams are held on 4th - 12th August and we don't get given our results until around either mid June or mid July, I forget which. So I won't know until much closer to the time if I can commit to coming. If the results are given in June things would be a little easier to arrange I guess, but I can't remember when we are given them. Even if they released the timetable for the resit exams early it would help me to know whether I could gamble booking up in London, but they release that timetable after they give the results. It's really ruining my hopes of coming.
I am genuinely saddened by this. I met so many great people in Manchester and was hoping to meet you all once again later this year. It's not even been a full day since I last saw you folks and miss you already. Hopefully I will pass all my exams and still be able to come down to London. If anything, this has given me motivation to work a hell of a lot harder at uni from now on.

Dean, the dates are very much definite. It's extremely unlikely the times would ever change, I don't think it has ever happened (Luis can confirm). For meets like London which are very big and are "official", planned so far in advance and have people flying in from all over the world (not just Luis) changing the times would fuck up a lot of people, so it doesn't happen unless something very bad happened, I guess.
