This was my first attempt at creating art completely digitally, and is
one of the few things I have ever done like this. My school last year asked
me to create a cover for our school's art magazine, but it had to be digitally
done and comic book style. I know "The Noodle" sounds lame, but that's
what the magazine is called so I had no choice. I was just wondering if
you guys could give me some tips on this digital attempt. Feel free to
browse my other art, but I thought this was the best.

Well, I don't like how the guy with the circles on his chest is copy-pasted and just different colors :/

The shading doesn't seem very comic book style... Try some cell shading; Kashi is also right; actually draw out the other character, don't copy and paste it.
