Glow

I am trying to make a moon with a glowing effect around it. How do I do this without making a motion tween? I just want a still object with a glow. Please help =)

Aight bro its easy. I'm assuming that the moon is on a black/ dark blue background, so here is what we'll do. Draw you moon, convert it to a symbol. select the moon symbol, and go down to filters on the little menu bar thing on the bottom. click the plus button, and then click glow. there you can set the color that the objects glows, the size of the glow, and a bunch of other cool shit. If the moon is on a dark background, then a white glow will look pretty sexy. Hope this helps :)
