Now then... that seems like a whole lot of NUTRITION FACTS... because it is a whole holy horse shit load of NUTRITION FACTS. It has over 500% of the daily value for nearly every vitamin out there, and then some other stuff that really helps your body. I've looked into most of this stuff and am extremely impressed that they can pack that much sex inside one pill. ITS LIKE AN ORGASM. A FUCKING ORGASM OF VITAMINS AND BEE POLIN.
Heres a few things you should notice... it has DNA. (DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) 6 mg) Uhh, WHAT? Did they like, extract the DNA from some muscular homoerotic men and sneak it inside of this pill? Multivitamins are a big fucking scam. As long as you eat well you don't need to load up on all that shit. Look at it this way, not only are you doubling, tripling, and quadrupling your necessary nutrient intake by taking three of those things a day, the vitamins from what you normally eat is also adding to this total. It's fucking overkill. Besides, can you event ell me what half of that shit does for you, if they do anything at all? Why trust it just because it says vitamin on the bottle.
If you've been feeling poor for a period of months I'd go to the doctor, don't ask for help from some douchebag behind the counter at GNC.

Most multivitamin stuff is shit, but I asked my nutritionist about it and she gave me a food plan and these pills. They really don't cost that much, so Im fine with taking them because ive noticed a huge difference. I don't give a fuck if they are a scam anyway. I can afford them, they make me feel a whole lot better, and Ive known this woman for years so I trust her especially since my mom who works at the hospital is one of her best friends.

Most Americans, despite HORRIBLE diets, are not actually even vitamin deficient. Vitamins are hardly necessary in order to maintain proper bodily functions, they are supplemental and meant to be taken in low doses, infrequently.
Taking a multivitamin like that is really quite pointless and most likely a waste of money, your body will just dismiss the excess and you'll end up pissing all those vitamins away. Literally.

I find this pretty arguable. It's true that a lot in a multi goes to waste, but that doesn't make it a waste to take a multi. The RDA only takes into consideration the amount one needs in order to not be deficient in a vitamin or mineral - although the bottle says you're taking in more than your daily requirement, this is just misuse of information. Many vitamins are still incredibly beneficial when taken in larger doses, such as good ol' vitamin C for example. Another factor which must be considered is that the RDA only categorizes your average joe on a 2k calorie diet, detailing his specific vitamin needs in order to not die from deficiencies. These numbers change pretty dramatically when Joe here turns into an athlete.
That seems like overkill. I used to take vitamins, but now I have stopped and I feel exactly the same and nothing changed when I stopped. Frankly, I think it is a waste of cash.

Meh it's alright. I drink it sometimes during tennis for extra energy, but that's only when I don't have Gatorade.
But as for the vitamins, that is ridiculous. I never knew anything could hold that much vitamins in it. I thought my vitamins had a ridiculous amount. Where can I find these?
The reason it is so highly concentrated is because your body can't actually absorb vitamins in that form very well. So while it may contain 500% RDI of something, you may only get like 50 or 60% RDI from it.
You are much better off eating fruit and veg, but that is far less convenient.

It's not stupid to take vitamins. Everyone in my family does and we've had 6 members in the family live between 100-114. All had great skin, full head of hair til they were at 80 - from there it STARTED to thin out, 20/20 vision, and all died from unnatural causes. Meaning they were in accidents, etc. All died very healthy people and could of lived longer if it wasn't for anything tragic. Kind of find it funny how they all die of horrible causes, but I know they lived a great long life.
I take about 10 vitamins a day and that's only from 6 bottles. I take vitamins for my eyes, resveratrol with pomegranate for a good antioxidant which promotes long life, for circulation and vein support for my heart, one for the liver from all the crap i put into my body, omega 3 that does indeed NOT have mercury in it, also contains flax seed oil which is very good for you as well, and more importantly CoQ10, which is very much needed to help the mind and heart function well, along with lowering blood pressure and good to take if you eat a lot of crap foods. I stopped taking the multivitamin packs because one of them was making me lose weight too fast when I'm plenty thin.
You can't get everything you need from one pill. One multivitamin anyway. It takes a lot more and it doesn't help you if its in a hard rock form. It will just pass through your body like any other crap you put in it. It cannot be absorbed.
Only oil or powder filled pills can be absorbed. Andrew Lessman ftw.
I thought that anything the FDA didn't give daily amounts to based on a 1,000 calorie diet, wasn't a fucking vitamin.
I know the only real vitamins are labeled as Vitamin A, B12, C, etc. but I'm of course referring to supplements.

I take 3 pills a day currently, and probably will stay on that for a bit until i know how my body reacts with certain vitamins. I fucking love them so far. I will probably need to switch once I gain some weight, but I am not sure yet.
I use to be a vitamin junkie, now I only take 5-HTP. That stuff blows my mind and has perfect synergy when smoking drugs.
