That is extremely good. Very detailed and pretty great hatching you got there although it could be emphasised. You should do more stuff like this.

I think that with crosshatchins this good you don't need such heavy linework. Perhaps abandon the lines all to gether and try to create something similar..

Did you check the box with the "no this isn't a sketch put it in the Art Portal". You need to check the four pieces so you can get scouted. I can't scout you. Edit it first.

Holy crap, that cross hatching is sexy as hell, I really like it; however, try to get a better grasp at facial structure, some points of view seem to be kind of messy.
