Steve Buscemi is one of the greatest character actors; he's never really recognized for leads, but he contributes well to supporting roles like his work in The Big Lebowski and Fargo. Also, his work in Boardwalk Empire is exceptional; he does often have a lot of quirks, but he's able to balance them with his craft.
