hey guys i cant find these items to finish all quests its like a star thing and a rocket thing where do i get these?

You should check those secret areas. Every area has a secret one which you only can enter when you have a special amount of medals. Normaly, there's someone on front of that secret area telling you how much medals you need to enter.
