Ban people from leaving reviews?

Is there a way to ban people from leaving reviews on my game? I'm having a problem with this guy.
He emailed me and told me he was creating alt accounts and reviewing, and I'm getting tired of him.
I have no idea how he got my email, either.

If he keeps leaving abusive reviews and the natural process of review modding will eventually get him banned. If he's doing this frequently then you can probably PM a review mod about it. A list of them can be found in the FAQ.

They can answer your questions better than a regular user.

Just PM a review mod if they continue to post on the same account without a ban. If they get around it multiple times and continue to harass you, I'd suggest PMing Wade since he handles user issues and can definitely do something about the alt accounts and the user's main account.

In the meantime, you can look through his reviews, find the abusive ones and mark them as such. This will get the moderators' attention faster.
