This. It's not like there's going to be a sudden influx of extremely high leveled users; their level ups are easy to predict.
Besides there is almost no need to put a level greater than 65 this decade, as the intervals between them get larger and larger as the levels increase.
59 to 60 is at minimum 130 days of constant depositing.

I hear that you have to get 50,000 experience points to see Tom Fulp naked and that means that the point at which you simply can not go any higher is 50,000! That should be Level 61 and I know! The icon for that should be Tom Fulp naked! That way people will automatically get the achievement at the same time!
