I've heard it on regular channels before.. and I'm pretty sure I heard if on some of the comedy channel comedian roasts. In fact I know I have.

I'm quite certain he's not being racist and is simply stating what he feels is the most power word to use, with added shock value.
Personally, I do feel that 'cunt' is a lot worse. I always here coloured people referring to each other as that certain word, yet its very rare to hear girls calling one another cunts.

I agree, it's a really strong word. My friend uses it constantly because he's a racist and he thinks he's hardcore and him using the word offends me and pisses me off. He's lucky there aren't any people of African race in our school. I want his ass to get beat up someday for it.
