What is the difference between good and excellent customer service? I have a job interview tomorrow at Toys R Us and they're going to ask me that according to a friend of mine... I don't have any idea... So if you guys could give me any tips... I'd really really appreciate it.. I need this job.

Here's a few.

1. Are they polite and courteous to you?
2. When they help you find something, do they do it precisely?
3. Do they smile?
4. Rate them.

A spear in your chest and a fire in your ass. I only play as Scorpion in MK games, because I'm that much of a fanboy.

Good customer service is outsourced people yelling through a phone telling things you've done a hundred times, excellent customer service is a sarcastic person who helps you but really doesn't care and will make wise cracks about everything.

That's the best it gets.

Good would be assisting a customer...
Excellent would be exceeding the customer's expectations, and watching him leave with a smile on his face.
