3) DO NOT start snacking
4) Exercise RIGHT FUCKING NOW.
Seriously, four easy steps. You don't need to waste away to lose weight, you just need to exercise - it's hard, and it's meant to be hard, but damn - it yields results. And that's what you want, results.

You go outside and refuse to learn from this mistake until at least a day or two. I guarantee you the pounds will fling off of your body with each rocking step you take sprinting back to your front door.
It depends if you want quick results or if you want to change your lifestyle. I really recommend the latter, it will come off and it will stay off.
Just keep away from the sugar and the fats, and exercise, it really isn't rocket science!

Change of lifestyle is the way. You do not want to be skipping meals, you want to be eating around 3-5 meals a day splitting calorie amounts between them to fit your RDA to therefore increase your rate of metabolism. Cut the crap, obviously. drink plenty of water and exercise every other day to start with. A quick walk / steady jog burns a hell of a lot more calories than running / sprinting does, you don't need to push yourself too much.
