You need to screenshot every frame of your movie and paste them all into a folder. Each image should be labelled "frame1.jpg", "frame2.jpg" and so on.
Once you have all your frames saved in the folder you then right click on it and click "convert to swf"
If this doesnt work then press F1 in flash

Try File>export>movie, and have the filetype as '.swf'
Flash: Just press "Test Movie" and a .swf file will be generated with the same name as the .fla, in the same place.
On the Internet: Get a page with .swf at the end, save it.

lol just press CTRL+ENTER. IT will publish your .fla and automatically convert it into a separate .swf for you in your Documents folder.
