Annoying little kid problem

Alright first off I dont want any dumbasses making stupid comments that are absolutely impossible or unrealistic so gtfo if that's you. Now anyways, how would you deal with this situation? There's a little kid, who keeps coming up to you when you're hanging out with friends, and wont shut up or stop being a little bitch (by this I mean attempting to hit you and your friends in the balls tons of times and kick your shins etc. etc.). BEFORE you mention talking to the parents, how bout this for a topping? His dad is a drunk still employed police officer. So you cant hurt him, shoo him away, you can't talk to his parents, and you just can't get away he follows you everywhere!) Whaddya do (realistically)
