I made for a map, which i am making for an application. So my question now is: should i color the background dark or just leave it this way? Also i´m open for other sugestions/feedback.

I'm not sure what you mean be colour the background dark... at the moment it's really light and hard to see so you should try darkening the lines, either by just using a filter in photoShop or going over the lines again. It does seem really interesting though and the layering of everything seems to be done well.

Making the lines darker and adding colour would really bring all the drawings out of the paper and make it stand out more and also much easier to observe the smaller details in such a busy drawing.

Well yeah havent spoken english for a while... by colouring the background dark i mean just to add a rather dark gray as background.
