It'd be cool to see that on a wall, it looks like graffiti. Or maybe as a logo or something. But it looks like you drew it in like 10 minutes.
I'd sharpen up the image as well, the overly blurry look doesn't look good. Also; the gray hand doesn't make much sense in this image, it detracts from the stencil effect you have going.

I don't know why it came so blurry ( I chose the highest image quality when saving) and the I agree that I failed big time on the shadow.
