MSI VR630 Windows 7 home premium 32 bit

Well I reformatted and after playing my comp for a while and when I tried to install java it said that I had no internet connection but i was surfing the internet I redownloaded only to get the same problem i also tried to install windows live messenger same problem All my drivers are up to date according to device manager but still no luck I tried downloading some free driver checkers but upon installation it failed due to no internet connection
Thats what is sais when I try to install Java
Skype also won't work Please Help?

If you have a firewall try disabling it. It may have some default settings that are blocking everything.
