Use Wowhead.com as your source for looking up anything WoW related, which includes quests.

if you scroll down, you'll find the comment section tab, which will allow you to view instructions left by other users.

You should just shout lfg in one of the major cities.
In WoW there are plenty of tools to get the job done.
