Left 4 Dead - The Movie

Some people are making a non-profit Left 4 Dead movie, won't cost anything or be sold apparently...

"Left 4 Dead the Movie" is the first serious project that want to realize a movie based on the hit videogame from Valve: Left 4 Dead.
This is a non profit project and overall it is a fan movie, it is not connected to Valve Software for now. This doesn't mean that it will be a low quality product.
We are all moved from a strong passion for cinema, film-making and videogames. All those who are working on this project have skills in various fields that hopefully will let us to realize a good product, with a professional profile.
Our intention is to promote ourself as international artists, and to satisfy every fan who have been waiting for something like this since the game came out.
It's not the first time that a fan movie growth enough to become something more important, even without large resources or funds.

I guess the movie is going to have them in each part of the game sort of thing....

.... The cast looks spot on basically, the fact that they're doing it for free and have no intentions of making any money off of it is awesome too, a lot of money could be made off of a movie like this... I can't wait.

As of late, I've enjoyed independent movies FAR more than anything mainstream. This looks like it will be no exception to that trend. Liked their facebook page and can't wait to see it.

Yeah, it's non profit so like a friend of mine said, it will have imagination, heart and passion put into it, and that's something Hollywood movies lacks now. I really can't wait for this, it's going to be so badass!

Poster looks good. Teaser looks good (with the exception of...) Zombies do not. Not much of a rich and interesting (or even new) plot to the game so a movie would be quite boring (IMO). Loved the game though.

Then again I've never found zombie films interesting.

This sounds like something that Valve would encourage. They're not even profiting from it.

the movie should be animated just like in the intro cutscenes
