I go to sleep when I want too. I get up, when I feel like getting up. Its one of lifes little pleasures when you are wealthy enough to do it, as I am.

Et cetera.. Smash in an hour of jobsearching in there if you wish to get a job.
If you've got a schedule to stick to, it feels more rewarding to wake up at a proper time. Otherwise you just feel bad about yourself, and I feel that's a good motivation to go to bed in time, and thus get up in time as well.

This is why I go to bed at 10:30-11, thus allowing me to awaken at 7 and get a ton of shit done by noon and have the whole afternoon to dick around with whatever endeavors I have planned for the day without tiering out.
On weekends at least, on weekdays I get up at 7 and go to a Calculus class.

I actually am currently having a very similar problem. And forcing myself to stay awake as long as I can isn't really helping,and yea like I'll be having a good dream and I guess where I haven't really been going out and having too much fun the dreams seems a lot a better to me subconsciously so my body forces me to sleep. The only thing I know dude,when I was going out and having a good time with friends my sleep pattern was always better. So that may help. I know it's what i need to start doing more. Lol

Well I did it.
I woke up at 7:50AM.
After going to bed at 5:30AM. Lololol, surprisingly, I am feeling refreshed and will sleep early tonight so my sleeping patters should be back. I meditated last night as an excersise to try and really clear my mind so I could adjust my sleeping, and it really worked. Meditation is one of my favorite things to do, but I haven't tried using it in a way to help me sleep / wake up yet.
