yea i just wanted to know, if I made a flash of an Eminem song, and it was good (good animation, artwork), would you guys give it low scores just based on the fact that its eminem? Oh and the song isn't like Without Me or Real Slim Shady, its a good, non-poppy, serious song

If it was you that made the 'Sing for the moment' I watched your Flash and gave it a 1, I mean face it basically it's was a still figure with a motion tweened mouth with some annoying strobe effects, his mouth moved in the chorue, which Eminem clearly does not sing, and If i remember correctly his lips don't move at the start of the 3rd verse, which he clearly does rap in, the ending of him being hit by a car or truck (I forget) wasnt good either.

If people blam something based on personal tastes rather than genuine quality, then their opinion doesn't matter anyway and you ought not be too concerned about posting it here. There's a ton of places like other websites or animation festivals that would take it. Heck, post it to Eminem fanboards, or if it's good enough, send it to Eminem's record company or agent. What can it hurt?

If the graphics were good and the animation was good, I would vote it a worthy score. It's not fair to vote lowest just because of the author's taste in music. I'm one of those people that will listen to any music. Including some rap. Just submit your flash dude. If it gets blammed and you know it was good and that the people only blammed it because of the song then you still win. Or submit it someplace else. So many people on NG are bastards and always vote zero. Probably because they can't do flash or some jazz like that. They are the people who need to get a life and stop living in their basements. Heh. So, just submit it and you never know. If I see it, I'll vote on it depending on what I thought of the overall movie. not just the song. I actually want to see this.
