i need some help! 2010-10-11 03:34:35

i posted a MC picture a LONG time ago and it still says it hasnt been scouted but i dont know what that means...can someone help?

First of all... you might get some help from The art fourm rules

second of all... you have to be SCOUTED for your pictures to show up in the art portal... this involves someone who is already scouted to scout you so nothing of poor quality gets in without someones neck on the line... so... either you havent got the required 4 pictures to be scouted... or no one thinks your work is currently good enough....
