It is the year 2067. Water levels are rapidly rising in New York City. Evacuating is not an option. The president has asked the BBS to help him come up with a solution to let everyone in New York to continue living there safely. We must put our minds together and save New York.

My idea is to suspend apartments from wires connected to preexisting buildings. There is also an elaborate system of zip-lines going from unit to unit.
