If you are like this and you are in high school, then I say do not distress!
I had no friends whatsoever in high school, but when i went to college, I found that I could pretty much hang out with any group I wanted.
In fact lots of people end up with this situation, people who are super popular in college weren't always popular in high school.
In college, clicks stop excluding people and it forms a melting pot of all the different groups of people.
If you are already in college, then its cool to just start off talking to people who you think have similar interests, and that's way less scary to do in college then it is in high school.

If all else fails, sell weed. At the least, there will be tons of people calling you all the time! :P

Well, if you go to a ghetto college it might continue, but I've never had so many friends at mine. I am friends with people of all races, social standings and faiths.This was not something many could achieve in high school.

Be outgoing, talk to new people like you have known them for a while, and it helps to be funny, but there is a fine white line between funny and annoying so be careful.
