I have a problem with my mind and i was just wondering is it possiblt to recover your brain.. What is the best way to make your memory function better because i feel that i am not concentrating and in control of my life and i cant learn or remember things to well. Whats the best way to get your mind working.. thankyou.
But the problem is that i cant concentrate, i dont know wot disorder i have wots stopping me and i was just curious to know can it be helped.. Wots the best thing to do.

go to the doctor see if he can discover a disorder

Stop taking drugs and/or stop trying to blame your laziness on a mental disorder. You can concentrate, you just need to actually try.
Try to remember as much as you can. Everytime. This way you will train your brain to store more information in it which you can use instantly.
Don't smoke Marijuana if you want your brain in good condition.
And yea, you remember things while writing them down.
i recommend daily meditation and jogging in the mornings
-Actually get 8+ hours of sleep each night.
-Consciously keep yourself focused and don't let your mind wander.
-Study in intervals, also study just before bed.
-Match key concepts with thoughts or pictures. (IE, you have a friend Mich, and you want to remember who wrote Gone With The Wind for some reason, picture Mich with a margarita and you'll remember the author's name: Margaret Mitchell.)
-Actually pay attention during class.
-Force yourself not to zone out.
-Take care of yourself.
-Don't get stressed.
-Don't multitask while studying until you have the key concepts down.
-Turn off the TV,
concentration? awareness? homing in on certain phenonemenia? you can't control of that? which amounts to 'life'
like with music, i close my eyes in an attempt to drown out the stuff that distracts
and you can concentrate on it to the point that if you never experienced it before, you could never imagine what it is like
Your mind and your body are one.
Treat your body correctly, excersise, get good nutrients, drink v8.
Then correct your thought pattern, the greatest way to do this is to rid yourself of thought,
meditation works great, when you have reached a state of no thoughts or emotions you can then reconstruct your mind.
OR, you could do a bunch of stimulants and psychoactives and kinda, curve your mind into it's own little world like I did.
