Can anyone please tell me how to put ads on my userpage?Can you also tell me where t get the ads from.Please help I have been wanting to do this for a while.

You can't put ads on your user page. There is only one small ad and that's it.
You can only put ads in your flash by using the API:
http://www.newgrounds.com/lit/flashapi
Besides, if you were allowed to put ads on your page, one could severely abuse this by spamming loads of ads on his/her page, thus cheating the revenue program, straining the servers, and crashing someone's computer if his/her computer cannot handle all those ads.

You don't put ads on your userpage. However you can go here and sign up for revenue sharing in which you get a cut of the revenue from the ads that appear on your userpage.
To be honest it's not like you are going to get rich from it unless you are an insanely popular artist here.
