The value of toilet paper of Tissue

In the masterbatation cleanup sense. Would you use toilet paper as a reasonable replacement for tissue paper? What is the adventage? Because I am not asking for tissues if I can just use toilet paper.

I think the most effective thing would probably be tissue paper as I think that is the most absorbent. Tissue paper deals more with things that are fluids than toilet paper, I believe. I have always wondered what the difference is between tissue paper and toilet paper. I heard that tissue paper is apparently a bit softer for our noses but it seems like toilet paper would be the one that should be softer for us or something.
