It's congress. And if it isn't congress, then it is the bipartisan system: George Bush was a dumb ass and he was republican, and Obama is a dumbass and he's a democrat. But I digress. It has come to this: however smart, skilled, or well intentioned the President is, congress just cock blocks anything he/she tries to do. So it doesn't matter who you elect, congress won't pass anything that hasn't been watered down and filled with little bonuses for themselves.

1.There are two parties fighting for votes.

2. Each of the candidates choosen, will have a bad result on the country, or the people.

3. Politics make their promises
