Nah, i would think there wouldn't be any limitations, as long as it isn't spam or something that has nothing to do with the subject entirely

I am having however having second thaughts about joining this contest. I mean i dont celebrate Holloween due to my religous believes. Still i cant just let this contest slide by hmmm...
I guess my concience will be the judge.
I could join but it doesnt mean i am celebrating it right?

Well you could always just make a song about how you feel about the holiday, like if it is seen as an evil bad thing, make the song about that. But honestly it's all down to what you want to do, you can choose whether or not you celebrate it, i don't really, neither do the majority of people out there, we actually aren't doing the holiday like it was originally intended.

You could also pull a bit more of a obscure song choice and say it is about the harvest festival since that to is celebrated on "Halloween" :3
