It's wrong not to serve a potential client due to their lifestyle or beliefs but at the same time we must respect the company's decision for equally expressing themselves. You can't force people to be compassionate to one another and sadly some people don't understand why others don't like them which is why this case was brought to the media. It is something we have to live with; humans aren't perfect.

Seeing as it's his business, he should have the right to refuse sales to any costumer for whatever reason.

This is discrimination in it's purest form - if the establishment has a genuine reason for not serving the man muffins, that is like they didn't have any, then yeah, wouldn't matter. But he's simply not serving the guy because the guy is gay.

The place was called "just cookies" therefore it does not make cupcakes and would reasonably not go on to make them despite there colour.

The guy got his rainbow cupcakes anyway from another place.

While I don't really agree with the husband's reason, it's not "wrong". Who are we to tell people how to think? Gays have been disapproved of for thousands of years, and now when somebody still doesn't like it, they're terrible people? It's not like they went on an anti-gay charade. They politely turned down an order for cupcakes. It's their right, as a privately owned business. Why is that so wrong? If I was refused service at a bakery because I'm white, I wouldn't go around whining about it. If they don't like white people, fine. That's their problem. I'd just go to a different bakery.

I support the owners in how it's stupid to make cupcakes when they only make cookies, especially when there isn't enough colours. What I support the gay man's side in is this: Values.
