I've tried both, and a majority of my tastebuds perfered McDonald's.

Burger King was my favorite for awhile, then McDonald's came out with their mushroom swiss (mushroom swiss burgers are my crack). Then I moved to CA and Alberto's stole my heart with a machete.

Out of all the common fast food restaraunts, I've got a few comments for each:

Wendy's: Not my cup of tea, for sure. Last time I ate Wendy's was during lunch, and I threw up. Not a good experience.

Burger King: Almost never eat there. I don't like it, the fries stick to the roof of my mouth.

McDonald's: Crappy when it's busy, but I love fresh fries (No salt when they're fresh) and the Big n Tasty is excellent.

Arby's: I love Arby's roast beef. A little on the expensive side, but well worth it.

Taco Bell: Good eating. I like Taco Bell because I can fit five tacos in my stomach at a time. Very satisfying most days.

Little Caesars: Favorite pizza joint. I like the pepperoni cheese bread, and I recommend it to everyone.

If I had to pick out of the two, I would go with McDonalds. I really like A&W though.

I hate Burger King fries. They changed the fry recipe years ago and used my city as a test market. Everyone hated them but they kept that gross recipe anyway. I do love their chicken tenders though. Truth is, I haven't been to Burger King since college. I had a friend who loved the place and we went there every now and then. But fried food makes my stomach churn so I'm trying to stay away from fast food places unless I'm on a long road trip.
