4Chan gets old and stale very fast. Newgrounds has a smaller and non-anonymous user-base. So you can stay in contact with people and feel more like a community without having to deal with anonymous spammers.

i hate 4chan. i went here first, heard people making fun of 4chan, and looked at it. it was just plain stupid. there are no usernames and all it is is trolls and spam, regardless of what board you are looking at. needless to say i never went there again.
