I also uploaded my movie on the 22nd (10:21 PM) but perhaps was still under judgement at midnight (hasn't received 200 votes). In a way, it's better because probably would not have made the top 5 on Madness day but placed second. Yay!

I might as well point out that all but 1 of the top ten madness submissions were submitted on madness day. They also don't need to be under judgement at midnight to be carried over, it's probably something like <500 votes
