actually, when i was doing my first research.... it says that you have to atleast 14 (which is actually the same age for part time jobs)... same for making websites

Yeah, everybody aged 14 or over on this site is eligible to be an admin. That's how new admins are chosen; all the users aged 14+ on their profile are put into a lottery, and one lucky user is chosen to help keep the site running.
