Obviously it depends on the situation, but I'm thinking I'd be out with the people living more naturally. I don't jump into new things, I like to take my time to learn more about them and get used to them.

I'd like it if society was able to maintain some semblance of rurality
I want to be able to live in the mountains and the woods of New England, while still having internet access of course.
I'm already perfect. Why would I need machines to make me more perfect? More perfect is impossible as perfect is the epitome of perfect.
Naturally, I'd pick nature. I'm just so perfect, you know?

For me, neither.
I would embrace the new technology, and use it to my advantage, but I would live alone, and remote.
I would still have some communication with the outside world, like internet, cell phone, and a car/teleporter or whatever but for the most part I'd be alone.
“You only live twice: Once when you're born, and once when you look death in the face.”
I would try and use the new technology in a way that would twist it for the power of evil.
You know, like firing kittens out of potato guns and stuff.

Because 2,000 years of "For God so loved the world" doesn't trump 1.2 million years of "Survival of the Fittest."
There is no point hiding from technology. Its like old people who never bother to learn how to use computers and then ask you to show them how to check their emails even though they don't remember their address or password.
Also, medical technology.
I would make a new old style kingdom, stylized on Chivalry, 18th century gentlemen, Wise People Monarchy (You might not heard about it. It's not mentioned in the internet), and social projects and goals.
the value of money would be lowered. The people, the brotherhood would mean more.
The ability to adapt is one that everyone needs. If you can't adapt to the environment around you, you will die. Perhaps there will be a time machine with which I could go back to the past with the future technology, changing the entire course of time.
As long as it was something that allowed me to keep making reviews on Newgrounds and to keep getting subscribers on YouTube, then I would embrace it. It is obvious from my thousands of posts and thousands of reviews (again), that I have learned to embrace the technology we have in our world. Everything should be okay, because these advancements will be created by scientists who know what they are doing.

I'd take off and go live in the woods with just me and a girl, we would then build a house in the trees using whatever materials we come across, most likely wood, and then we would reproduce, eventually having to find more people to live in those woods with us, our children would reproduce and eventually we would have created a small village sort of deal with zero technology but complete happiness.
Yeah, whatever.

Technology all the way. I don't get people who go live in the woods living on berries and writing how evil and corrupten mankind has become for defiling nature.

Awww hell yes! I want in on this!
I always have a longing to just go off in the woods or in a cave or something and live alone and free from all technology and society.

Does this include or exclude medical care?

People tend to be sceptical of new technology, this has been actually researched. And there's upsides and downsides to this. While on the down side, people's neophobia may hamper developement, and make innovations useless, on the other hand, it might drive developemment to a more userfriendly direction. Say there's a program called Generico 1.0, and the geeks love it, but the general population doesn't. So the developers make Generico 2.0, which is a lot easier to use. The geeks dislike it being dumbed down, but the general public get most of the benefit of the service, easier.
Forcing a change with too steep a learning curve doesn't help. But holding back is bad too. People raged about changing over to Windows Vista, but if we always listened what people complained about, we'd still use Windows 3.1.

Well I can come back whenever I want. So if I needed medical care I could get it. But there wouldn't be a heavy reliance of taking drugs all the time, screw that, natural methods ftw.

Embrace. By the time I'm in my late 40's, I'll be in my early 50's.
Does that not make sense to you? Well, read this again in the 2050's?
I'd make it my life's mission to hunt down every mud-race human that came within 15 miles of my house.
I would hang them on my wall. Wear their skulls.
They would come to know me as the Monster of the Garden of the Sun (Because I will plant shitloads of sunflowers everywhere).
