That's called stick animation.
It's ok if you aren't interested in his style or category of animation, just try not to comment when you see it. (don't mistake me for a hardcore stickman fan)
Not bad, but it's kinda short to be even rated properly.
I don't know since when you started working with flash, so i really can't say much about it.

Sticks are crap. Besides, you don't even animate them falling to the ground, just disappearing.

Some comments are best left to yourselves. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything.
As a previous person said it is indeed a tad short to rate.
From what I've seen you have a good sense of movement, not the greatest but still pretty good. I would rather see the stick figures land on the ground rather than disappearing but if that's what you wanna do then that's up to you.
Good use of the v-cam by the way.
