My history insists on being cleared

I'm on my Dads laptop because I got drunk and pissed inside my computer. Every time I ctrl+shift+del, enter, the history doesn't clear,what do I do, NG? He uses this shit for work, and it has rule34 all over it.

Use Ccleaner to clear and use a proper virus scanner to see if you downloaded something nasty.
