What should you do to rude people?

I searched through the topics with the keyword "rude" and I didn't find much help, so I created this topic to ask.

What should you do when you encounter an incredibly rude person on NG? I'm not going to say names, but the person says N***r a lot, calls people bad names and also created some content down talking Jews, saying things like they're coming to take away our stuff, spread the word to shun Jews and often talks baddly of multiple artists, claiming their music to be crappy. He/she also promotes spamming other artists, and quite a few more things I won't say.
What should you do when you encounter such a person? Should I just ignore them? Or report them or what? I don't know what I should do.

Ignore status is the best. If they're purposely being rude, they want you to react. If they do it just because they're racist in nature or so, it's none of your business anyway.

Reporting wont do shit considering the Admins and the Mods could actually be exactly the same.

If they are just being generally rude - just ignore them. If they are breaking against our rules (BBS, portal, etc), report them to a administrator or relevant moderator.
