I've probably claimed it was goofy time once or twice when I was getting ready for some serious job.

The only ones I could think off are Over 9000 and Cock joke.

I've said quite a few memes while joking around, that and textspeak. It does get em some really weird when I yell "You just want to smack that bitch right into the kitchen!" When talking about Samus in Metroid" Other M with friends (woman's right are really nothing but a meme :3) and quite a few besides - the thing is, it only slips out, I never really 'try' to say it, it just tends to say itself under the right context.

Cool story, bro, is one of my favorites. I show my enthusiasm face when I say it.

I've also said Over 9000 a few times, and when I become rich and famous, I'll be sure to say it then too.

The only internet phrase I can think of I've said out loud is Epic Fail but that's not exactly weird since lots of people seem to say it at school or anywhere in general.

I actually say "cool story, bro" on a regular basis. People don't know that is a meme and feel awkward about what they just said and it is pretty funny. Then I make sure to tell them I was just messing around.

I use memes sometimes when I joke around with friends. Like when we're talking about random shit I might blurt out some random internet meme when it fits. But I never use it seriously. Like if my teacher would ask me a math question I wouldn't say, "OVER 9000!" or something.
