Eh. This is bogged down by many cons with no real pros.
The jokes' not very funny (how many people by now have said something like that? Killing Osama Bin Laden? Too many. It's more of a common sentiment than anything.)
The art is poor. Choppy, messy lines and blotchy coloring. The American flag especially is very sloppy looking. What's the deal with the sky having a circle of lighter blue inside a background of darker blue? What program did you use to make this?
I'm sorry if I seem mean, but you asked what we thought, and if I'm going to give an opinion, I'm going to give it honestly. The point of this forum is critique. Try and put more effort in, please, and try and aim for a cleaner end result.

this isn't very good.
it looks like it was done in paint...maybe try caricatures of bin laden or someting?
i dont even know what is going on. this is a bomb yeah? with 'happy anniversary' written on it.
that's saddly accurate to some of the bombs that we drop on other countries.
it's not funny, it's accurate. and poorly drawn.
