I for one think in Dutch, but sometimes also in English depending on what I'm thinking about (you can't speak a language if you can't think in it).
Deaf people (let's keep it simple; the ones that have never heard before) think in more of a visual form, either gesture language or text.

Then you would be just as good as a dead person. Infact a dead baby, because you wouldn't be able to learn anything. You would just be stuck there thinking subconciously not even knowing where you are or even if you are being fed or not. Then 80 or so years later you will die, not even knowing really what life is.
