Why?

everytime i draw in flash with brush tool in a movieclip with WALTOP SLIM tablet,
as i hold as long the pen its going normal BUT when i stop holding down the pen,
my art disappers or some weird things appaer.

SO PLEASE HELP ME, here is a pic;

Maybe you have clicked some button, but you haven't noticed it? Re-Install Flash?

after selecting the brush tool. Go to properties layer and check smoothing.
If it's set too high that could cause your problem

I don't think it's the smoothing, judging by the shape of the fill yuo get after I'd say that flash Is taking the negative space inside your lines and make them fills. If this is the case you can draw a line that doesn't intersect with it self nothing should appear. I think I have a vauge memory of useing a similar function years ago... or I'm just makeing stuff up :P tried to google it real fast but couldn't find anything...
