How do I crack my arm?

Omg I feel like snapping ma arm in half. You know the feeling when u just want to crack ur knuckles? That's how I feel about my left arm at the moment. It's very uncomfortable. All the bones may not be in the right place. Especially in the elbow area. Seriously guise help me. How do i crack it?

Bend your arm at the elbow completely, and take your hand and place it on your chest.
Quickly extend your arm from that position as if a fly had landed on your hand and you were trying to get it off asap, or like your were punching someone.

Make a fist sideways, palm facing inward, then pivot your elbow against your chest and use your other hand to put pressure on it. That's the most effective way to crack it.

To qualify as a Doctor, you need a Doctorate, not a Degree.

Form a fist and put your hand on your elbow, then let your arm go limp for about one second and punch as hard as you can, It should crack. That's what I do to crack mine.
