i have uploaded some art like 3 days from now, just wandering how many time does it normaly take to art to be approved, and also if i will have to wait the same for further uploads (other art, videos, etc)

You need to be scouted ("approved") in order for your art to appear in the art portal. To be scouted, you need at least 4 pieces of art (you got 2, and I say they are portal-worthy so make 2 more) and someone to scout you. The annoying part is waiting for someone to scout you, but if that becomes a pain just post a lot in the forums and make news posts (blogs) on your user page. Someone may find you, look at your art, and send you a scouting invite. You then need to accept it and you're scouted.

As for other waiting periods...

For the flash portal, there is no waiting period except you have to wait for your flash to pass judgment. Judgment is basically a period where the viewers vote on your flash, and if it reaches a low of a score it will be automatically deleted. Usually, you need your flash to score higher than 1.60 to have it pass judgment, or else it will be deleted (blammed). If you get over 1.60 then it will remain in the portal for good unless you or an administrator deletes it.

For the audio portal, there is a HUGE waiting period where audio moderators have to approve new artists' music (to check they are uploading legit music and not stolen crap). The waiting period is about one month. One mod reported that for every one artist approved/banned, 3 more are added to the list, so it could take A LONG time. Be patient if you submit music to the audio portal.
