What's the most useful invention you ever thought up?

Mine is the attractino glasses - they are glasses that moniter the vibes people give off around you - so you can know if they are into you or not - so one person may glance at you and through the glasses you see a head signature aroudn them - sort of like thermal vision - and then you know they are interested in you - and then others may show a blue heat signature which shows that they are trying to avoid you and show that they really aren't interested. Because nobody likes to go through the "are they looking at me cuz they're interested or are they looking at me because I looked at them first and thus they are also thinknig the same question?"

My other invention was of course the gender bender ray which turned straight people gay or bi...

aand of course the photographic glasses and contact lenses in which you simply blink and it takes a picture and stores it- becasue after all - no camera is better than your EYES. And it's just so much more convenient to take the pic of what it is you are actually looking at.

I can imagine them being filled with pictures taken accidentally in the case of blinking to moisturise the eye, rather than blinking to take a convenient picture.

Fire is the most important of all time, and we should think Prometheus for giving it to us.

Birth control. It's like a pill you take to keep from getting pregnant for women if they have unprotected sex. It's good in the long run to keep the population low and keep accident born kids from becoming delinquents from unprepared mothers.

Oh, what did you say? There is such thing? WTF, then how come most people aren't using it to prevent giving birth to accidents!?

People these days.

I didn't really think up anything useful, but by far the most useful invention ever is the condom.

The man has a point.
If we had Kebab takeaways in the middle ages the human race would have been wiped out by Treminators with fezs by now. Maybe its a good thing that we only got then in the past century.

Damn Treminators coming over here, taking are jobs XD.

I said no to drugs but they just wouldn't listen.

lol you people really suck at thinking up anything inventive - coem on - it's not that hard!

Consider, for one, the "stereo room" - a room where you can make music physically - drag melodies in front of you - have wonderful panning and stereo rotation, without having to have an orchestra - basically everything you do in software but physical, tangible.

Or a device that lets you record all the melodies and wonderful songs you create in your head but can't seem to create.

I would say something like getting a computer on your glasses or contacts that can take pictures, get internet access, and work like a computer. Its processor would be in a place in your home that sends its data to the contacts or glasses. I think that would be awesome.

Someone, I forget who, has been developing that for years now. Projected release to mass markets is 2015 tho.

also you all suck - and with the exception of maybe one or 2 people have all put absolutely no creativity into this and/or suggested stuff that already exists.

Sleep Ray.
The Design is basically a big Z with a trigger. And every time someone buys one they are required to put some sort of DNA in an applicator located on top of it so it can only be used on themselves. if they try to use it on someone else other than the person who's DNA is in the ray it would be ineffective.
Basically it's main use is to put yourself to sleep. You pull the trigger and you fall asleep within 2 minutes after shooting. There's also a switch on the side that you can turn to select how many hours you stay asleep. Anywhere from 30 Min. to 12 hours.

brilliant - except when you factor in people who would take the dna of others and use it to make hordes of people fall asleep..
