I don't get emos. At all. From my knowledge, the dress like girls, cut themselves, and listen to screamo. can anyone tell me why anyone would want to be emo or why someone would think that emo is cool?

I don't get chavs. They walk around with their hands on their crotch listening to Lil' Wayne and Kanye West and have a herd mentality which gives them the need to take the piss out of everything. Why would someone think that's cool?

An emo is your typical attention whore. Emos whine and bitch about the whole world being against them, which is true, but only because they whine and bitch about the whole world being against them.

For some reason, emos feel the the need to take from the gothic kids clothing style, but adding tighter clothing and thick black hair with dye.

That's about it. Just more freaks to add to the masses.

The real emos committed suicide already. Those guys are the ones you should be basing what you call "emo" on. They were just all depressed. Never even got together to form some kind of "depression alliance," they were just depressed, is all. The "emos" of today are just faggots wanting attention.
